Local Findings 6 (Non-Inflammatory Breast Enlargement)
Unilateral enlargement of the breast in a 15.7-year-old boy.
Growth spurt, onset of facial hair growth, and acne are signs of starting puberty.
In contrast to the left breast, the right mammilla and areola are protruding, and the right mammary gland is enlarged by 3 cm at minimum.
It is a moderate and unilateral gynaecomastia of the right side. Real tumors of the breast are less frequent in boys than in girls.
