Breast Enlargement (Differential Diagnosis as before)
6-month-old girl with a diffuse swelling of the left breast. The diameter of the areola is increased, and spidery vessels are visible. The enlargement is shining through bluishly.
The diagnosis is not unilateral premature macromastia, but a subcutaneous hemangioma with involvement of the mammary gland and with a cutaneous portion. Surgery is not indicated in such a case of hemangioma with involvement of the mammary gland $$tubr_23??££alternate picture§§ .
