Non-Inflammmatory Enlargement of the Breast

13.5-year-old boy with an enlarged left breast and protruding mammary gland and nipple. The overlying skin is not-irritant. It is not a left-sided gynaecomastia but a diffuse enlargement of the mammary gland due to a hormonally active tumor of the testis.
