Differential Diagnosis 2 (Nephroblastoma)

The most important single pathologies which may be mixed up with a Wilms' tumor due to the clinical presentation 'abdominal tumor'. The survey shows a multiplicity of possible single diagnoses. In the individual case the number of possible pathologies can be reduced by age, history and clinical findings. Of course, for that purpose a profound knowledge of the possible single diagnoses is necessary.
