Bilateral Abdominal Tumor (Nephroblastoma)

In this 4.3-year-old girl the abdominal tumor attracts attention because both flanks of the middle abdomen are prominent by masses in contrast to $$tuab_01??££ the picture for comparison.§§ These findings do not support a typical Wilms' tumor as cause of the leading symptom 'abdominal tumor'. Possible are a teratoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or bilateral Wilms' tumor. This girl had a bilateral nephroblastoma.
