Smooth Scrotal Mass (Lipoma)

skro_24_n.jpg: 5-year-old boy with a painless and smooth mass within the left scrotum which has been known for a long time. At surgery a lobular and yellow mass 13 cm in length without a connection to the testis was removed. The histological examination confirmed the clinical and macroscopic diagnosis of a lipoma. The excision was performed mainly for differential diagnostic reasons.
