Infant (Congenital Muscular Torticollis)

4-month-old boy with a distinct torticollis to the left. In contrast to the newborn in whom a tumor of the neck detected by chance is often a cause for consultation, in infancy it is mainly a torticollis as in this case with left congenital muscular torticollis. On the other hand, not all too rarely a plagiocephaly can be observed by the parents in the first place, which may be a secondary sequel of congenital muscular torticollis.
