Trigonocephaly (Video)

This video shows an infant with trigonocephaly in a premature closure of the frontal suture prior to and following frontoorbital advancement. In the first part one has the opportunity to observe the clinical findings with the keel- like deformity of the front and the laterally insufficient osseous roof of the bulbi. Part two demonstrates the findings following surgery. As additional finding, a possetting = bringing up some milk after feeding, which is a differential diagnosis of vomiting in the newborn and infant.
