Setting Sun Sign (Snapshot)

Newborn with a sunset phenomenon of the eyes. The intermittent movement of the bulbi downwards is due to a compression of the quadrigeminal plate by the dilated suprapineal recess. It occurs as a sign of increased intracranial pressure in native hydrocephalus, but also in shunt insufficiency (Parinaud syndrome).
