Hydrocephalus caused by Tumor

MRI with dilatation of the supratentorial ventricles and with a rounded midline mass over the fourth ventricle, with accumulation of gadolinium. Diagnosis: Obstructive hydrocephalus following a medulloblastoma of the cerebellum.
