Intermediate Macrocrania

The macrocrania in hydrocephalus is not always as impressive as in the previous newborn. Nevertheless, a relatively large head and skull in comparison to the body is recognizable in this newborn. The head circumference is larger than the upper limit of 37 cm in newborn boys at term (in girls, the upper limit is 36 cm).
