Methods of Therapy (Reflux)

Survey of the methods of non-operative and of operative therapy in gastroesophageal reflux with or without hiatus hernia. The therapy is subjected to a continuous change. The fact that very effective drugs are available today and that an elegant operative proceeding has been developed is not equivalent to a correct indication. Therefore, the indication is as important as the applied therapy.
