Local Findings 1 (Hypospadias)
6.3-year-old boy with a short penis and striking findings of the glans. Notice the prepuce on the ventral side and the site of the orifice.
The diagnosis is a very slight form of hypospadias, anterior hypospadias. As first
diagnostic sign, the prepuce is not fused on the ventral side, and as second diagnostic
sign, the orifice does not lie on the tip of the glans but more proximally, near the sulcus.
