Large Clitoris 2 (DD Ambiguous External Genitals)

5-month-old girl with a strikingly large clitoris. Its length including the prepuce is more than 4 mm.:<:br:> The findings are reminiscent of an adrenogenital syndrome Prader's stage I or a micropenis in which the penis is smaller than 1.5 cm. Due to the precise knowledge of the frequent pathologies of the external genitals, the exact clinical evaluation, and some additional examinations, such as normal serum electrolytes and Guthrie test, hypertrophy of the clitoris of unknown cause was diagnosed.
