Anterior Type 1 (Hypospadias)
View of the ventral side of a penis which is developing according to the age, of the developing scrotum, and of the descended testicles.
The prepuce does not join across the ventral side of the glans which is divided vertically by a longitudinal furrow; the orifice lies at the level of the sulcus.
The diagnosis is a slight or anterior type of hypospadias, or more precisely, a coronary
hypospadias. Notice the excentric site of the raphe of the penis.
