Bifid Scrotum (Hypospadias)
Abnormal external genitals in a 4-year-old boy. The orifice of the urethra - marked by a probe - lies between the two scrotal halves.
The diagnosis is posterior, or more precisely, scrotal hypospadias. As additonal finding, there is a bifid scrotum, a partial penoscrotal transposition, a curvature of the penis shaft, and a groove between sulcus and orifice (= verge enlisée).
