Hymenal Processi (Interlabial Mass)

1-year-old girl with an interlabial mass which was observed by the mother on personal hygiene. On looking closely, there are two processi of the hymen like polyps. There is a continuous transition of the mucous membrane to the border of the hymen. These are appendages of the hymen which are developmental aberrations. Because they may interfere with personal hygiene and disturb the appearance the appendages of such a size should be removed.
