Interlabial Mass / Genital Bleeding (Differential Diagnosis)

Survey of the differential diagnosis of urethral prolapse and especially of the genital bleedings and interlabial masses in girls. In urethral prolapse there is usually a genital bleeding. Except for trauma, hematological disorders, and endocrinological causes after menarche, genital bleedings are usually not profuse, and only bloody discolored spots on the napkin or panties may occur. The groups of diseases and the single pathologies are listed according to the frequency of occurrence and the significance for the clinical presentation as genital bleeding and/or interlabial mass.
