Interlabial Mass (Severe Urethral Prolapse)

External genitals of a schoolchild. There is a severe annular and dark-red intralabial swelling with yellowish spots and a central depression. The diagnosis is an advanced case of urethral prolapse which does not resolve spontaneously or with non-operative measures. The pathophysiology explains the recurrent genital bleedings.
