Incidental Finding (Additional Examinations)

Chest x-ray of an 8-month-old girl. As an incidental finding, there is a rounded opacity extending in a cranial direction, overlapping the lower part of the heart shadow. The diagnosis is a right Morgagni (sternocostal diaphragmatic) hernia.
