Upper Gastrointestinal Contrast Study 2 (Additional Examinations)

1.6-year-old girl with gastrointestinal symptoms and missing lung structures in the left middle and lower hemithorax on x-ray. Structures in the left hemithorax and lower abdomen are filled with contrast. It is a Bochdalek's hernia with a hernia sac and displacement of a part of the intestine in the left thoracic cavity. The moderate mediastinal shift and the incomplete occupation of the left hemithorax by the intestine explain why the malformation was diagnosed only after the neonatal period.
