Left picture: The diagnosis is a cystic lymphangioma of the neck. Right picture: Here, a relatively rare phlebectasia of the internal jugular vein is present, which may be observed as congenital malformation.

Left picture: The pathology in this toddler maintains its size independent of crying or squeezing, and cannot be compressed. Right picture: This pathological finding can be decreased by finger pressure and increaeses on crying; also, there is the impression that the mass runs along the sternocleidomastoid muscle.
