Nephroblastoma vs. Neuroblastoma, Metastasis Liver

Left picture: Considering the age of the patient and the shape as well as the expansion of the mass, the most probable diagnosis is a nephroblastoma and less probably a neuroblastoma. In fact, in this case a Wilm´s tumor of the right kidney was present. Right picture: Concerning the age, shape and extension, there is every reason to believe that a liver tumor is the diagnosis and less probably that of one of the two most frequent retroperitoneal malignancies. This infant displays a very large liver due to metastasis of a neuroblastoma.
